Jeffrey Jordan

Jeffrey Jordan graduated in Dutch Law (Master's in Criminal Law) and specialized in criminal law.

Jordan followed the specialization course in criminal law at the Pompe Institute for Criminal Law Sciences at the University of Utrecht and successfully completed this course. Since then he has been a member of the Dutch Association of Criminal Lawyers (NSVA).

As a criminal law specialist, Jordan handles the most diverse cases in criminal law in the following areas, among others:

- (Juvenile) criminal law
- Weapons and ammunition law
- Opium law
- Money laundering
- TBS cases
- Terrorism
- Soft/Hard drugs
- Cannabis cultivation
- Victim cases

Specialization and professional competence

Continuing Education

Lawyers are required to maintain their professional knowledge and skills in the areas of law relevant to their practice. Article 4.4 of the Bar Association Regulations stipulates that lawyers must obtain at least 20 training credits annually. Obtaining training credits is a means of maintaining professional competence.

Legal Areas Register

In the legal areas register of the Dutch Bar Association, Mr Jordan has registered himself in the following legal areas:

– Criminal law
– Immigration law

Based on this registration, he is obliged to obtain ten training points each calendar year in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association in each registered main area of ​​law.
