Administrative law and Social Security law

Administrative law

Administrative law regulates the relationship between the government and citizens. It includes all legal rules that apply to the actions and decisions of administrative bodies, such as municipalities, provinces and the central government. This area of law is crucial for protecting the rights of individuals, for example in permit applications, subsidies and enforcement measures. If you disagree with a decision of the government, you can appeal to defend your interests.

Social security law

Social security law focuses on the guarantee of social security provisions, such as benefits and pensions. This area of law determines who is entitled to financial support in the event of unemployment, illness or old age. It also regulates the procedures for applying for benefits and the criteria that must be met. If you experience problems obtaining social benefits, a lawyer can help you claim your right to support and resolve any disputes with the social services.
